Glenn Reinbolt
Tiffin resident's stepfather

Glenn Reinbolt, 38, of Perrysburg passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at Flower Hospital.

Mr. Reinbolt was born March 29, 1962, to Charles and Jeanine (Colwell) Reinbolt in Toledo. He married Elizabeth (Keller) Poe Feb. 15, 1997, in Toledo who survives.

Other survivors include: his parents of Luna Pier, Mich.; a son Christopher Reinbolt of Luna Pier, Mich.; a daughter, Jennifer Reinbolt of Luna Pier, Mich.; four stepdaughters, Alicia (Ryan) Smith of Tiffin, Sarah (Rodney) Poe-Johnson of Fremont, Veronica Logsdon and Clarissa Logsdon of Atlanta Ga.; six step-granddaughters; a brother, Charles Reinbolt III of Erie, Mich.; and two sisters, Melissa Bellestri of LaSalle, Mich., and Denise Clements of Oklahoma.

Preceding him in death was a brother James Reinbolt.

Mr. Reinbolt was a sling specialist for Toledo Tarp Service.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday in St. Jerome Catholic Church, Walbridge, with the Father William Parker officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Tiffin.

Visitation will be 3-9 p.m. Sunday with a Rosary service at 7 p.m. in the Marsh Funeral Home, Luckey.

Memorial contributions may be made to Troy Twp. Fire Dept., or Trust Fund for Jennifer and Christopher Reinbolt.

Betty Lou Moore Burks
Former Burgoon resident

Word has been received of the death of Betty Lou Moore Burks of Livington, Tenn., and formerly of Burgoon, Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, in Cookeville, Tenn. of respiratory failure.

She was born Aug. 6, 1931, in Welch, W.Va. to Guy and Rosie Edith (Harris) Moore. She married Ralph Hughs Burks on Aug. 23, 1960, in Greenville, S.C. She moved to Burgoon in November of 1966.

Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Edward (Charlotte) Folk of Cookeville, Tenn., Mrs. Rosie Stien of Livington, Tenn. and Mrs. Susan Goodwin of Clyde; and 11 grandchildren..

She was preceded in death by: her husband; her parents; two sons, an infant, Guy Vern Burks and Ralph Lynn Burks; an infant daughter, Belinda Windy Burks; a brother, Dicky Ray Moore; and a sister, Mary Rose Moore.

Mrs. Burks was a housewife and worked as a C.N.A. in nursing homes in the Fremont area and did day care work.

Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery in Fremont Sept. 11.

Guy W. Stansbery
Area residents' father

Guy W. Stansbery, 82, of Wyandot County Home and formerly of CR 96, Upper Sandusky, died at 11:05 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000, in the Wyandot County Home.

Mr. Stansbery was born April 7, 1918, in Mifflin Twp., Wyandot County, to Joseph A. and Blanche (Zellers) Stansbery. He married M. Lucille Pryor on May 28, 1938, in Upper Sandusky, and she died May 4, 1987.

Survivors include: six sons, Sammy of Lima, Roger of Crosby, Texas, Tim of Upper Sandusky, Norman of Fostoria, Paul of Marseilles and Gary of Portage; five daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Peggy) Raymond and Mrs. Ed (Alice) McCarthy both of Upper Sandusky, Vildren "Rose" Feltis of Bonita Springs, Fla., Mrs. Gary (Diane) Gregory of Tiffin and Mrs. Rick (Paulette) Mowery of Fostoria; 31 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were: a son, Phil; a daughter, Vickie; a brother, Ralph; and six sisters, Ivy, Goldie, Mabel, Buelah, Mae and Maleta.

He was a Sea-Bee in the U.S. Navy having served in World War II; a farmer; worked for Marion Power Shovel for 18 years; then he worked for Eaton in Marion for 25 years, retiring in 1980; enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing, playing euchre and enjoyed walking through Kildeer and watching the wildlife.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Lucas Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Timothy Compton officiating. Burial will be in Stansbery Cemetery of Mifflin Twp. where military graveside rites will be conducted by various veterans organizations

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County and/or to the Wyandot County Home..
