Charles E. Miller
Retired painting contractor/machinist

Charles E. Miller, 82, 325 Clinton Ave., died at 4:54 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, in the Autumnwood Care Center.

He was born in Columbus, Oct. 15, 1916, to John E. and Helen (Beery) Miller. His wife, Edith M. (Yambert) Miller, whom he married Nov. 13, 1937, survives.

Other survivors include: four children, Donald M. Miller of rural Findlay, Ned A. Miller of Tigard, Ore., Mrs. Dean (Cheryl) Strausbaugh of rural McCutchenville and Dennis E. Miller of rural Tiffin; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

A brother, John D. Miller, died in 1995.

Mr. Miller, a 1937 graduate of McCutchenville High School, retired as a painting contractor and as a machinist from the National Machinery.

He also worked at the McCutchenville Elevator, raised horses and farmed.

A U.S. Navy veteran during World War II, he was a former member of McCutchen Grange 2360, where he had received his 6th degree; and a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and Local 7 Painters Trade Union, Toledo.

Tom Everett, lay minister, will be the officiant at the 11 a.m. Wednesday service in the Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville, where military graveside services will be conducted by Sycamore American Legion Post 250.

Visitation at the funeral home will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to the Seneca County Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.

Jane Lee Culver
Continental Hose employee

Jane Lee Culver, 40, died at 10:40 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, at her residence at 13886 CH 108 Lot 4, Upper Sandusky.

She was born March 13, 1958, in Wyandotte, Mich., the daughter of Henry Harvey Sr. and Constance (Brickey) Abbott. Her mother survives in New Port, Mich. On March 26, 1986, in Findlay, she married Douglas W. Culver, who survives in Old Fort.

Survivors also include: a daughter and son, Robyn Lee Hill and Wayne Douglas Culver, both of Upper Sandusky; a step-son, Rodney James Culver of Tiffin; two grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; two brothers, Henry Harvey Abbott of New Port and James Michael Abbott of Findlay; and four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Margaret) Scott of Findlay, Rose Abbott and Betty Dunlap, both of Upper Sandusky and Mrs. Richard (Gloria) Warthen of New Port.

A step-son, Christopher Wayne Culver; a brother, Paul D. Abbott; and her father, are deceased.

Mrs. Culver, a laborer at Continental Hose, where she had worked the past three years, had formerly been employed at Liqui-Box Corp., both of Upper Sandusky.

The 10:30 a.m. Wednesday service will be conducted by the Rev. Cathy Wirth in the Bringman-Clark and Company Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Flat Rock, Mich., with the Rev. Max Schuster officiating.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Michael E. Huffman
Former Tiffin resident

Michael E. Huffman, 49, of 831 Central Ave., Fostoria, formerly of Tiffin, died at his residence Saturday evening, Feb. 20, 1999. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. at the Mann-Hare Funeral Home, Fostoria, where further arrangements are pending.

Lawrence P. 'Larry' Bouillon
Sumter police officer

Lawrence P. ''Larry'' Bouillon, 32, died Friday, Feb. 19, 1999, at his home at 2951 Dutch Branch Road, Sumter, S.C.

He was born in Tiffin, June 20, 1966, to Harold D. and Rose Ann (Weinandy) Bouillon. His parents survive. His wife, Mimi (Geddings) Bouillon, whom he married May 6, 1995, in Sumter, also survives in Sumter.

Other survivors include: three sons, Jordan ''Luke,'' Benjamin Paul and Gregory Lawrence; three brothers, Jeffrey A. Bouillon of Alvada and Dennis M. and Scott J. Bouillon, both of New Riegel; and his maternal grandparents, Robert and Ruth Weinandy.

Mr. Bouillon, a member of St. Judes Catholic Church, was employed by the Sumter Police Department as a police officer.

He served in the U.S. Air Force as a crew chief for the F-16.

A funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Boniface Catholic Church, New Riegel, with the Rev. Leoanrd Kistler as celebrant. The Rosary will be recited at the church at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, where military graveside services will be conducted by New Riegel American Legion Post 354.

Visitation at the church will be 9 a.m. until time of the service on Wednesday.

Memorials may be made to the children.

Agnes C. Ward
Tiffin resident

Agnes C. Ward, 75, 160 Union St., died in Mercy Hospital of Tiffin, Sunday evening, Feb. 21, 1999. Arrangements are pending at the Hoffmann-Gottfried Funeral Home.
