Marjorie M. Harrison
Black Mountain, N.C. resident

Former Tiffin resident Marjorie M. Harrison, 75, of Black Mountain, N.C., died at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 1999, in Memorial Mission Hospital, Ashville, N.C.

She was born in Tiffin May 2, 1924, to Arlington B. and Mary (Behm) Beck. On March 30, 1944, in Tiffin, she married Edsel Harrison. He survives.

Other survivors include: a son, Donald A. Harrison of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. James (Sharon) Smith of Spartanburg, S.C., and Mrs. Robert (Vicki) Fallon of Medford, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Allen (Barbara) Dryfuse of Republic; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were two brothers and a sister.

Mrs. Harrison, a 1942 Columbian High School graduate, had been employed as an accountant at both Sterling ITT and Hobe Groves Inc., Hobe Sound, Fla.

A former member of Trinity United Church of Christ, she was a charter member of its Mother's Circle and a member of the Emblem Club.

Services in the Hoffmann-Gottfried Funeral Home will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. William Smith officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.

Memorials may be made to the church.

Dolores M. Dewald
Gibson Street resident

Dolores M. Dewald, 71, died late Wednesday afternoon, July 21, 1999, at her residence at 215 Gibson Street. Arrangements are pending at the Hannay-Traunero Funeral Home.
