Jeremy Jonathan Fronk
Infant son
Jeremy Jonathan Fronk, 15-day old son of Anthony and Michelle (Stratman) Fronk of Tiffin, died at 3 a.m. Friday, Sept. 24, 1999, in the Children's Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Sept. 8, 1999, in Riverside Hospital, Columbus.
Other survivors include a brother, Parker Thomas Fronk of Tiffin; and grandparents, Clem and Jan Stratman of Medina, John Fronk of Delta and David and Polly Gillespie of Tiffin.
A private funeral Mass will be Monday in St. Mary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Frank A. Murd officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
There will be no visitation. The Hoffmann-Gottfried Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Children's Hospital, Columbus.
