Apartment complex housing 40 seniors
Woda Management on Friday had a grand opening for its apartment complex, Tall Trees. Built for people 55 and older, Tall Trees houses more than 40 seniors. Owners Jeff and Doris Woda said their vision for Tall Trees came from a need they noticed in the community for affordable housing for seniors. The complex provides older people in Tiffin who live on limited incomes cheaper housing with a community of other people their age. "We saw a strong housing market there, and thought we could provide a nice community," Jeff Woda said.
