Tornadoes, Senecas rate in first poll

Warren Harding, depite being ranked 4th in the USA National Poll, took the No. 2 spot behind defending state champion Canton McKinley. Zanesville the No. 1 ranked Division II team and Younstown Mooney, who plays Harding this weekend, is tops in Division III.

Three more defending state champions in Germantown Valley View (Division IV), Liberty Center (Division V) and Delphos St. John (Division VI) all lead their respective Divisions.

Other teams of interest are Fremont Ross (11th, Division I), Mansfield St. Peter (12th, Division I), Defiance (12th, Division II), Bellevue (16th, Division III), Patrick Henry (3rd, Division V) and Elmwood (13th, Division V).
