Seneca East drops Sandusky St. Mary's

SANDUSKY -- Seneca East pushed its record to 8-2 overall with a 15-12, 15-10 win over Sandusky St. Mary's Monday night.

Jamie Herr and Julie Bumb each served for six points for the Tigers while Dawn Herr had 11 kills and four blocks, Kelli King had nine kills and Cassie Holmer was 47 for 47 setting with 20 assists.

Warriors get two on home court

SYCAMORE -- Mohawk dumped Plymouth, 15-2, 15-8, and then beat Wynford, 16-14, 15-8, to improve to 8-5.

Leah Tanner had 14 points and three aces for the winners. Maggie Phillips and Callie McClain had nine points, two aces and three digs each, and McClain added eight assists. Gail Kingseed had eight points, 19 kills, two blocks and eight digs. Amber Schwochow had nine points, eight kills, three blocks and four digs, and Megan Martin dished out 19 assists.
