![]() Monday, July 20, 1998 Development deal expected this week The closing of the sale of land for a new industrial park north of Tiffin is on hold, but officials say it will happen soon. Tiffin Mayor Bernie Hohman said the contracts were to be signed Friday, but now will wait until probably early this week to be completed. ''Closing things can't always happen when you say,'' he said. ''There was some confusion about what should be in the deed and there are still some things to work out.'' Hohman said he spoke with county commissioners Janet Dell and Kenneth Estep, and both were still very positive about the deal. The park is to be located near the intersection of CR 11 and TR 118. The City of Tiffin is expected to purchase the land, annex it and then begin construction of the new industrial park. |
