NEW ULM -- A full-service physical fitness business with a variety of equipment is now open on South Broadway.

Quality Fitness, which is not a chain store, is owned by Jeff Homich of the Twin Cities area. A ribbon-cutting event was held Friday in the store after extensive interior remodeling.

There is no membership activation fee during the grand opening period.

The business will feature aerobics, yoga and cardiovascular classes, treadmills, arch trainers, elliptical machines, bikes, steppers, step mills, weight machines and free weights.

Business hours are 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.

A sauna, whirlpool, beauty salon, juice bar with protein shakes and variety of coffee and day care services will be added soon.
