Quiznos reopens on South Broadway

NEW ULM -- Toasted submarine sandwich lovers should be glad to know that Quiznos reopened Friday under new ownership and management at 1525 S. Broadway.

The new owners are Kevin and Kris O'Connor of Owatonna. Casey Anderson of Owatonna is the new store manager.

Quiznos Sub continues to elevate its brand as it grows at a rapid rate, according to area director David Bushaw of St. Peter. The company has more than 3,000 stores, 60 in Minnesota and will have 50 more in the state within the next three years.

Anderson said many people came into the new shop, interested in buying food before the store officially opened at the south end of Quik Trip.

"We've had good response from people craving our sandwiches and looking forward to our grand opening," Bushaw said.
