PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bid package scopes include construction of all general, mechanical and electrical work associated with the replacement of HVAC systems at two district facilities. BASIS OF BIDS: Multiple Prime Bids will be received for labor and materials as outlined in the Bid Division Descriptions as described in Section 01014. BID DATE AND LOCATION: Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, New Ulm Public Schools, ISD 88, 400 South Payne Street, New Ulm, MN 56073, then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time, on February 1, 2005.
