NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the United Way of New Ulm, Inc. will be held at the Holiday Inn, German Rivers Room, 2101 South Broadway, New Ulm, MN on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting agenda will include voting on proposed changes to the articles of incorporation, the election of 5 members to the United Way Board of Directors, the recognition of service rendered to the 2004 United Way Campaign, the 2005 United Way partner agencies supported by this campaign, the 2004 Financial Report, and the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.

MADELIA-LAKE CRYSTAL MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY 111 West Main, Madelia, Minnesota 56062 Three directors will be elected to represent the members at large for a three year term. Eligible candidates shall be members of the Company in good standing, who are residents of the Insuring area and have filed, in writing, with the Secretary of the Company on or before February 1, prior to the date of the Annual Meeting at which the election is to take place. Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation must be filed with the Secretary of the Company, in writing, on or before February 1, prior to the date of the Annual meeting at which they are to be considered.
