Notice of Township Election and Annual Meeting

Cambria Township

The citizens of Cambria are hereby notified that the election of officers will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at the Cambria Town Hall. Polls will be open from 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Absentee voting will be done with the County. The Annual Meeting will be held at 8:15p.m. The officers to be elected are one supervisor for a three year term, and one clerk for a two year term. In case of inclement weather, the Election and Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at the time and place stated above.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Economic Development Authority of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at 7:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 in the first floor meeting room in City Hall regarding the adoption of an Annual Plan for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004. This Plan addresses the Authority's administration of the Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs only. The purpose of the Plan is to provide a framework for local accountability and an identifiable source by which public housing residents, participants in the tenant-based assistance program, and other members of the public may locate Authority policies, rules and requirements concerning its operations, programs and services. The Plan and attachments are on file and available for public inspection at the Housing Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073. All persons in attendance at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak on this matter. Written Testimony may also be submitted prior to the meeting to the Housing Office in City Hall. It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 29, 2004 at 1:30 (p.m.) a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of Decedent, dated December 29, 1999 under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 ("Will"), and for the appointment of David J. Feirer whose address is 32991-170th Street West, Springfield MN 56087 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal repesentative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
