PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
HEARING ON THE FINAL PLAT
OF JORGENSON FIRST ADDITION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in the Public Library in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2004, on the proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted and located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota is described as JORGENSON FIRST ADDITION. At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.

The Milford Township Board of Supervisors will be holding a public meeting on the proposed development of a subordinate service district regarding the request from the landowners in Essig. The subordinate service district is to provide a waste water treatment facility for the property owners. This meeting will be held in the Milford Townhall on June 3 at 8:30 p.m..
