NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Nicollet County Planning and Zoning Advisory Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 8:00p.m. in the County Board Room of the Nicollet County Government Center, St. Peter, Minnesota. The purpose of said hearing is to consider the following request:
To hear the request of Crystal Cooperative, 721 W Humphrey, Lake Crystal, Minnesota 56055 to rezone their property located in part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4-109-28 in Nicollet Township from the Special Protection District to the Agricultural Preservation District. REF: 501.4 & 611. To hear the request of Tim Harmening, 43374 541st Ave., Courtland, Minnesota 56021 for a conditional use permit to expand an existing feedlot to 1320 animal units with the construction of a hog barn with a concrete pit under the barn, on property located in the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 19-110-29 in Courtland Township. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Nicollet County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 7:30p.m. in the County Board Room of the Nicollet County Government Center in St. Peter, Minnesota. The purpose of said hearing is to consider the following request: To hear the request of Richard Poulson, PO Box 604, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073 for a variance to reduce the bluff setback, in order to construct a 3 season porch onto the existing deck, on property located on Lot 4, Block 1, Riverview Heights Addition in Section 8-110-30 in Lafayette Township.
