PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD BY THE BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF NEW ULM PROPOSED PIPELINE PROJECT
Citizens are encouraged to attend a public meeting to receive information and comment on the Public Utilities Commission of New Ulm proposed pipeline project. The time and location of the public meeting is listed below:
June 24, 2003, at 1:00p.m.

The agenda and purpose of the public meeting shall be to provide information to the public concerning:
(1) The pipeline proposed for construction, including the proposed route, the size of the pipeline, types of commodities to be carried, and construction and operating characteristics; and
(2) The legal requirements which must be met in acquiring easements, and in constructing and operating the pipeline.
State agencies authorized to issue permits required for construction or operation of the pipeline may explain the procedures for issuing the permits, and the manner in which the public may participate in those procedures. Comments and questions from the public will also be taken at the meeting.
