NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, Paul Abzug, Attorney-in-fact for Charles and Annabelle Albaugh, has filed a petition with the City of New Ulm requesting the following:
1) Rezone Fraction T, Outlot 68 and Sublot B of Outlot 67 from R-A (Agricultural Residence District) to R-1 (Single Family Residence District) and R-3 (Multiple Family Residence District); and
2) Modify the City's Comprehensive Plan to permit high-density residential land uses on the above noted property in place of low-density residential land uses.
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at 4:30 P.M. in the City Hall meeting room to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of such hearing.

NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS,
Robert Witt has filed an application for a variance from the lot size regulations of the City Code to permit the development of Sublot 1 of Outlots 259 and 260, which is less than 10 acres as required by the City Code;
WHEREAS, Paul Abzug, Attorney-in-fact for Charles and Annabelle Albaugh, has filed applications for variances from the City Code to permit Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 of the proposed North Ridge Subdivision in Sublot B of Outlot 67 to be platted with a lot depth of 110 feet and 111 feet respectively, and to permit a parking ratio of 2/3 parking stalls per unit for an assisted living center to be constructed on Lot 1, Block 3, of the proposed North Ridge Subdivision to be developed within outlot 68; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at 4:00 P.M. in the City Hall meeting room to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of such hearing.
