NOTICE OF BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the City of New Ulm will receive bids for the construction of the Mueller Park Concessions Building at City Hall until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2004, on the Bid Form provided within the Project Manual. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time in the City Hall First Floor Conference Room. Bids must be submitted in duplicate within a dealed envelope marked "Mueller Park Concessions Building" and shall be addressed to "City of New Ulm, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073; Attn: City Manager's Office. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for a single prime contract for construction. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall be required. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond will be required. Sets of Construction Documents are available to bidders for Prime Contract from the Architect: Rice-Stromgren Architects, 711 West Lake Street, #603, Minneapolis, MN 55408, 612-827-7802. Sets of Project Documents are available for examination at the office of the Owner, and at the following locations: Builders Exchange of St. Paul; Minneapolis Builders Exchange; Construction Bulletin Plan Room; F.W. Dodge Plan Room, Mankato Builders Exchange and Southwest Builders Exchange. The work shall commence on execution of the contract and shall be substantially complete by September 30, 2004. Contracts for work under this contract will obligate the Contractor and Subcontractors to maintain policies of employment under provisions of applicable federal and state laws against discrimination. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent's will dated August 10, 1973, under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 ("Will"), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted. Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Ronald E. Schmitz whose address is: 15035 Old Mill Road, Spicer, MN 56288 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate. Any objections to the probate of the will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing. Notice is also given that (subject to Minn.
