Date: June 8, 2004 YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT: 1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated November 26, 2002 executed by Douglas L. Lux a/k/a Douglas J. Lux as Mortgagor(s), to Alliance Bank as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record December 2, 2002, as Document number 331092 in the Office of the (County Recorder) of Brown County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage (is not) registered land. 2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: None 3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $90,000.00 4. PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH
"SUBORDINATE SERVICE DISTRICT"
Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Supervisors of Milford Township, Brown County, Minnesota, will meet at the Milford Town Hall at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th day of July, 2004, to consider the establishment of a Subordinate Service District pursuant to Minnesota Statues. The area being considered is the Oakwood Heights Subdivision and the Oakwood Heights Second Subdivision. The service being considered in the Subordinate Service District is to provide a hard surfaced blacktop road. Notice has been sent to all affected property owners in proposed Service District. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed Subordinate Service District will be heard at this meeting.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in the Public Library in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2004, on the proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted and located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota is described as AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK. At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.
