NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COTTONWOOD TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Minn. Stat. 412.851 that a public hearing will be held on July 28, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cottonwood Township Hall in the city of Searles, Brown County, Minnesota. The purpose for the meeting will be the consideration of the petition of Thomas A. Farasyn and Jacquelyn F. Farasyn, husband and wife, owners of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Meadow Creek First Addition in the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 109, Range 30, Brown County, Minnesota, to vacate the following utility easement to enable the purchaser of said real estate to construct a new dwelling in the area of said easement:
Utility Easement 20 feet in width, with the center line of said easement located on the common boundary line between said Lots 6 and 7.
The petitioners further stipulate and agree that the vacating of said easement may be made conditional upon a new utility easement being established over and upon the easterly 20 feet of said Lot 7.
