NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minneosta, will meet in the Council Chambers in the Public Library, 17 North Broadway, on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at 7:00 P.M. to consider a petition from Daniel and Shelly Winter, requesting the annexation of property to the City of New Ulm. The legal description of the property proposed for annexation is as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Korth's Subdivision of Lot A-1 of the E1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section Twelve (12), Township One Hundred Ten (110) North, Range Thirty-One (31) West, Brown County, Minnesota. This parcel of property contains 2.78 acres, more or less. All persons in attendance will be given an opportunity to speak on this matter.
