It has been determined that a number of Brown County drainage ditches have a deficit balance or insufficient funds in their accounts for proper maintenance and repair. The Brown County Board of Commissioners therefore deems it necessary to spread a levy on all lands benefited by said ditches for the purpose of creating a sufficient fund balance in said ditch accounts for past repairs and future maintenance and repair of the following listed ditches;

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minneosta, will meet in the Council Chambers in the Public Library, 17 North Broadway, on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at 7:00 P.M. to consider a petition from Daniel and Shelly Winter, requesting the annexation of property to the City of New Ulm. The legal description of the property proposed for annexation is as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Korth's Subdivision of Lot A-1 of the E1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section Twelve (12), Township One Hundred Ten (110) North, Range Thirty-One (31) West, Brown County, Minnesota.
