ORDINANCE NO. 04-009, FOURTH SERIES
CITY OF NEW ULM, BROWN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBDIVISION 5 OF SECTION 9.14 AND REPEALING SUBDIVISION 3 OF SECTION 9.16 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM RELATIVE TO ZONING REGULATIONS FOR GROUP RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM:
SECTION I. That Subdivision 5 of Section 9.14 of the City Code of the City of New Ulm is hereby repealed. SECTION II. That Subdivision 3 of Section 9.16 of the City Code of the City of New Ulm is hereby repealed. SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force 30 days from and after its adoption, approval, and publication.
