NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
In Re: Estate of Lyle Herbert Nelson, Deceased
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on September 22, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at New Ulm, Minnesota for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent, dated February 1, 1979, and codicil(s) to the Will dated N/A and appointment of Phyllis Buboltz whose address is 402 North Park St., Fairfax, MN 55332 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative(s) will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative(s) or to the Court Administrator of this Court within four months after the date of this Notice or said claims will be barred.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
HEARING ON THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTH RIDGE ADDITION AND ORCHARD HILL FIRST ADDITION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in the Public Library in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2003, on the proposed final plats. The property proposed to be platted and located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota is described as NORTH RIDGE ADDITION AND ORCHARD HILL FIRST ADDITION.
At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plats shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in the Public Library in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2003, on the proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted and located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota is described as VALLEY HEIGHTS THIRD ADDITION.
At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.
