The Work of this project is specifically identified in Section 01013-Summary of Work and in the Drawings, and includes: Part I-Abatement: The removal of fungal-contaminated sheetrock, insulation, ceiling tile and associated building materials from New Ulm Public Schools District Office Building. The removal of fungal contaminated asbestos containing thermal pipe insulation from the Washington Elementary crawlspace. Part II-Reconstruction: The replacement of sheetrock, insulation, ceiling tile and associated building components. The reinsulation of thermal system piping in the Washington Elementary Crawlspace. Parts I and II will be bid as separate projects. The project is expected to begin on or about October 6th, 2003 and be completed no later than January 9th, 2004. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 8th, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. Contractors will meet at the New Ulm High School, District Board Room, 400 South Payne Street, New Ulm, Minnesota. Copies of the specification will be available at the meeting. Please direct all questions or information to Chandler Holland or Scott McPhee at the Institute for Environmental Assessment, 610 N. NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR DESCENT OF PROPERTY
ESTATE OF Verna M. Jenson DECEDENT
A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requests the probate of Decedent's last will, if any, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.
IT IS ORDERED and Notice is further given, that the Petition will be heard on September 22, 2003 at 1:30 (p.m.) by this Court at Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, Minnesota.
Notice shall be given to all interested persons (Minn. Stat. 524.1-401) and persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-204.
Notice shall be given by publishing the Notice and Order as provided by law and by: Mailing a copy of this Notice and Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing date.

NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF Erna M. Sauer DECEDENT
Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent's will dated July 2, 1985, under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 ("Will"), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Evelyn Bernet whose address is: 1335 Edinburgh Place NE, Owatonna, MN 55060 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
