NOTICE OF DITCH HEARING It has been determined that a number of Brown County drainage ditches have a deficit balance or insufficient funds in their accounts for proper maintenance and repair. The Brown County Board of Commissioners therefore deems it necessary to spread a one year assessment on all lands benefited by said ditches for the purpose of creating a sufficient fund balance in said ditch accounts for past repairs and future maintenance and repair of the following ditches; $500.00-CD# 43, 47, JD# 5 (B&R), and JD# 6 (W&B) $1,000.00-CD# 2, 42, JD# 36 (R&B) $2,500.00-CD# 4, 33, 58, $3,000.00-CD# 1, 8, 10, 12, 13, 63 $5,000.00-JD# 5 (W&B), 14 (B&W), 29 (R&B) $6,000.00-Imp CD# 11 $10,000.00-CD# 18, 57 $15,000.00-CD# 5 $25,000.00-JD# 10 (B&BE) Notice is hereby given that all parties interested in the matter of said assessments of the above mentioned ditches will be heard at the regular session of the Board of Brown County Commissioners at 11:15 AM on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 in the Commissioner's Room of the Brown County Courthouse at New Ulm, Minnesota.
