TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS: It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 22 day of December, 2004, at 11:45 o'clock A.M., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the above named decedent, dated January 18, 1995, and for the appointment of Herbert Frank and Otto Frank whose address is 1100 First Ave. So., Sleepy Eye, MN 56085 as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate. Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

LIEN STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Viking Land Transportation Systems, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, pursuant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. 514.18 to 514.22, inclusive, hereby claims a lien upon the following property, and asserts its right, pursuant to said statutes, to sell the same at a public auction: 1. The name of the person claiming this lien is Viking Land Transportation Systems, Inc., 1221 North Front Street, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073. 2. That the name of the owner or reputed owner of the property on which the lien is claimed is: Robert Sibilirud, P.O. Box 17, 608 Johnson Street, Hartland, Minnesota 56042. 3. That the property against which the lien is asserted is as follows: 1998 Peterbuilt Tractor, Serial No. 1XP5D69X7WD44687. 4. The amount claimed to be due to claimant under this lien is the sum of $1,561.64, with interest thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from April 26, 2004. That such amount is due claimant for amounts paid by claimant for repairs to said property totaling $1,561.64, together with storage charges from April 24, 2004, through November 4, 2004, totaling $6,982.66, plus $25.00 per day storage for each day thereafter. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that it is the intention of lien claimant to sell the aforesaid property at public auction to be conducted by the Sheriff of Brown County, Minnesota, at 1221 North Front Street, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, on December 15, 2004, at 10:00 A.M.
