Clarence F. Boeder, 89, of rural Gibbon died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000 at the Arlington Municipal Hospital in Arlington. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township, Sibley County with burial in the Church cemetery. Visitation will be 4 - 7 p.m. Sunday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon and one hour prior to the service at the church. He is survived by his sister, Alice Bode of Gibbon; sister-in-law, Marie Bode of Gibbon; special friend, Margie Feige of Winthrop; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; a sister; two sisters-in-law; and a brother-in-law. He was born Aug. 12, 1910 in Moltke Township, Sibley County to Ferdinand and Martha (Fluegel) Boeder. He lived his entire life on the family farm. He was a life long member of the St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township. Lorrine Heil, 78, of Hector, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000 at Renville County Hospital, Olivia. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday St. John's Catholic Church, Hector, with burial in the church cemetery. Wake service will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at Hughes Funeral Home, Hector, and will continue at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to services. She is survived by her children, Mary Blomquist and husband Roy of Minneapolis, Bruce Heil and wife Maren of Cottage Grove, and Michael Heil of Hector; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister Adeline Hanson of Minneapolis; step-sisters, Betty and Helen; and many nieces, nephews, relative and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert; son Daniel; granddaughter Lee Ann; and step-grandsons, Edward and Roy Jr. She was born July 23, 1921 in Hector Township, Renville County, to August and Elsie (Schiro) Ewert. She married Robert Heil on June 14, 1941 in Hector. The couple farmed in the Buffalo-Lake Hector area and Osceola Township. Goldie Leske, 95, of Buffalo Lake, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, at Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturda, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Buffalo Lake. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday, Jan. 29, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Arrangements are with Hughes Funeral Home. The day of the visitation and service was given incorrectly in the obituary published Friday in The Journal.
