Lela Edith Bartz, 82, of Franklin, died Saturday at the Franklin Nursing Home. Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday from the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Morton, with burial at the Morton City Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. until noon Tuesday, all at the Nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service at the church. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence of Franklin; daughters, Barbara Cliff of Waseca, Bonnie Boyer and husband Tim of North Royalton, Ohio; one granddaughter; brothers, Lawrence Hulett of Buffalo, Leon Hulett and wife Dayette of Coon Rapids; sisters, Lucille Wolter of Morton, Fern Bartsch and husband Wilmar of Phoenix, Ariz., and Jean Hale of Iron Ridge, Wis.; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ray Hulett; sister, Ruby Averill; and son-in-law, Thomas Cliff, Jr. She was born Feb. 26, 1917 in Malcom, Iowa to Lee and Ida (Yackel) Hulett. In 1919, the family moved to Walnut Grove. They later lived in Revere and Lamberton. She graduated from Lamberton High School in 1937. She married Lawrence Bartz Feb. 26, 1942 in Morton. They made their home in Morton, where Lela was a housewife and for 10 years, a cook at the Morton School. For the past 17 years, they have lived in Morton, where she was very active in its Ladies Aid. Orie Lund, 86, of Hector, died Friday at the Renville County Hospital in Olivia. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Olivia with burial in the Hector City Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the Hughes Funeral Home in Hector and will continue one hour prior to Monday's service at the church. Florian J. Helget, 88, of Springfield died Saturday, January 22, 2000 at the St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. Funeral arrangements are pending with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. Nicholas B. Hillesheim, 86, of Sleepy Eye, died Saturday, January 22, 2000 at the St. John's Lutheran Home in Springfield. Funeral arrangements are pending with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.
