    Selma Tabbert, 74, of Gibbon died Monday Feb. 1, 1999 at Glencoe Health Care Center in Glencoe.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon and will continue one hour prior to the time of service on Thursday.
   Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon is in charge of arrangements.
   She is survived by daughters and sons in law, Shirley and Les Cabot of Denton, Mont., Wanda and Randy Gorr of Long
   Prairie; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Elaine Tabbert of Glencoe; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson;one sister, Mildred Hochsprung of Hutchinson; brothers, Clarence and his wife Loretta and Stanley Ruschmeyer all of Glencoe; stepbrothers and stepsisters, Glen Bonine, Florence Scharmer, Geraldine Abbas and Dorothy Dirkswager; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Hilbert and Emma Tabbert, Melvin and Gloria Tabbert all of Gaylord, Dorothy Schuette of Glencoe, Alice and Lowell Redman of Kasson, and Vivian Tabbert of Minneapolis, and Lorna Ruschmeyer of Glencoe.
   She was preceded in death by her stepmother; husband, Clarence on Sept 19, 1996; granddaughter, Shelly Tabbert; and brother, Norman Ruschmeyer; sister-in-law, Iola Ruschmeyer; and a brother-in-law William Hochsprung.
   She was born April 17, 1924 in Round Grove Township, Stewart to Fred and Agnes (Fluegel) Ruschmeyer. She attended District 85 in rural Stewart. She married Clarence Tabbert on July 22, 1945 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Fernando. She helped her husband with his trucking business. She later worked as a teller at Citizens State Bank in Gibbon. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon.
   

   Amanda Moritz, 96 of Redwood Falls, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999, at her home.
   Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls with burial at St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery in Flora Township.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.
   She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; brothers, Henry and Arnold Jr.; sisters, Irene Zimmer and Edna Schafer.
   She was born Dec. 10, 1902, in Flora Township, Renville County, to Arnold and Antonia (Strauch) Schmidt. She grew up in Flora Township and attended rural school. On March 1, 1921 she married Charles Moritz in Flora Township. They farmed in Delhi Township and near North Redwood. She moved to Redwood Falls and resided with her niece after the death of her husband on Aug. 8, 1991. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls and the Birthday Club.

   Albert H. Zitzman, 88, of 917 N. Jefferson in New Ulm died Monday, Feb. 1, 1999 at the Fairfax Community Home,
   Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm with burial in the Catholic Cemetery in New Ulm.
    Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today and 7:30-10 a.m. Thursday at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. A parish prayer service will be at 6:30 p.m. today and the rosary will be led by St. George Catholic Aid Society at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
   He is survived by his wife, Hildegard Zitzman of New Ulm; a son and daughter-in-law, Jerome and Lenora Zitzman of New Ulm; three grandchildren, Jon, Brenda, and Joey; sister and brother in law, Lorraine and Edward Bushard of New Ulm; brother and sister-in-law, Cornelius and Julia Zitzmann of New Ulm; sister-in-law, Charlotte Zitzman of El Cajon, Calif.; brother-in-law, William Roeck of Hutchinson; sister-in-law, Alice Schwab of New Ulm.
   He was preceded in death by his sisters Angie Wurmstein, Olive Peichel, Elenora Bell, Rose Roeck, Marie Bushard, Stella Zitzman, Hildegard Zitzman and a brother Art Zitzman.
   He was born June 11, 1910, in West Newton Township, Nicollet County, to John and Rose (Dummer) Zitzman. He attended St. George and country schools. He married Hildegard Schwab on Nov. 16, 1937 at St. George Catholic Church. They farmed in the St. George area until retiring in 1974 when they moved to New Ulm. He was a member of St. George Catholic Aid Society and Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
   

   Ira Tlam, 92 of Sherburn, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1999, at Rosewood Manner in Estherville, Iowa.
   Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Sherburn with burial in Lake Fremont Cemetery, rural Dunnell.
   Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn and one hour prior to the services Saturday at the church.
   He is survived by his wife, Marth Tlam of Sherburn; sons, Eldon and wife Lorraine, Dean and wife Judith Tlam, both of rural Dunnell; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Melba Tlam of Lamberton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
   He was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
   He was born July 4, 1906, to Peter and Alice (Nutgren) Tlam at Newton, Jasper Co., Iowa. In 1909 he moved with his parents to a farm near Spencer, Iowa. On June 28, 1935 he married Martha Ringering at the First Reformed Church in rural Everly, Iowa. They farmed in the Dunnell/Trimont area. In 1974 they retired in Sherburn. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Sherburn. He was on the Dunnell Farmers Elevator Board, the Lake Fremont Farmers Club and was also a member of the NuWay Cooperative. He was a member of Dairy Herd Improvement Association and Minnesota Herd Improvement Association.

   Charles David Luikart, 44, of 510 N. Franklin Street in New Ulm died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999 in New Ulm.
   Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. Burial will be in the Tyler Mountain Cemetery in West Virginia.
   Visitation will be for one hour prior to time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
