Lorraine Helget, 48, of Redwood Falls, died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Redwood Falls Hospital. Services are 11 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Redwood Falls, with burial in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery, Morgan. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at Nelson Funeral Home, Redwood Falls, and will continue 8:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. She is survived by special friend, Don Welsch of Redwood Falls; brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Ott and husband Willie of Shakopee, Theresa Hanson and husband Peter of Northfield Falls, Vt., George Helget and wife Anita of Mound, and Alice Drew and husband Al of Crookston; 12 nephews; five nieces; three great-nieces; and four great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bob and Frank; and sister Mary Ann. She was born July 4, 1951, to Roland and Lucille (Petsinger) Helget. She lived with her family on a farm near Morgan. She attended Morgan and Wabasso schools prior to graduating from Springfield High School in 1969. She lived in Redwood Falls. She worked at Service Industries and Pizza Hut. She has lived at Wood Dale Nursing Home since Jan. 1998. Gary Telthoester, 54, of Gaylord, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at home. Services are 3 p.m. today at Egesdal Funeral Home, Gaylord, with burial in the Gaylord Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is 1-3 p.m. today at the funeral home. He is survived by his daughter, Denise Hanes of Lester Prairie; sons, Scott and wife Shar of Glencoe, and Steven of Millsboro, Del.; brothers, Reuben and wife Marilyn of Arlington, Lester of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisc., and Aberhardt and wife Abbie of Ohio; half-brother Lorn and wife Sandy Herrmann of Belle Plaine; sisters, Val and husband Richard Hebeisen of Mankato, and Roxann Rauschendorfer of Mankato and fiance Gerald Wels of Nicollet; nine grandchildren; and step-sister Arlene Hanson of Colorado Springs, Colo. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Edwin; sister Karen Lou; step-brothers LeRoy and Ralph Herrmann; and step-father Lawrence Herrmann. He was born Nov. 26, 1945, in Assumption, to Edwin and Lorena (Schmidt) Telthoester. He attended Green Isle Public School. He worked as a welder on general labor jobs in Arizona and Minnesota. He lived in Shakopee prior to moving to Gaylord in 1996. Reider Gasman, 88, of Redwood Falls, died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Redwood Falls Hospital. Services are 3 p.m. Friday at Nelson Funeral Home, Redwood Falls, with burial in the city cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today and 1 p.m. until time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
