   Walter'Wally' Forster, 95, of Sleepy Eye, died Saturday, March 1, 2003, at St. John's Lutheran Home in Springfield.
   Funeral arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.

   Shirlene Fullerton, 66, of 1317 S. Franklin, died Saturday, March 1, 2003 at New Ulm Medical Center.
   Funeral arrangements are pending with Schmucker Funeral Home in New Ulm.

   Hillary A. 'Hilly' Gitter, 82, of Sleepy Eye and formerly of St. George died Friday, February 28, 2003 at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye.
   Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Monday, March 3, 2003 at the St. George Catholic Church in West Newton Township, Nicollet County with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 - 10 a.m. Monday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. The St George Catholic Aid Council will pray the rosary at 5:30 p.m. and there will be a parish prayer service at 6:30 p.m., both Sunday at the funeral home.
   Hilary is survived by his wife, Marie Gitter a resident of the Countryside Apartments in Sleepy Eye; a daughter and son-in-law, Lorraine and James Mathiowetz of Morton; sons and daughters-in-law, Benedict and Eunice Gitter of Fairfax, James and Carla Gitter of New Ulm, and Kenneth Gitter of Robbinsdale; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandson; a sister and brother-in-law, Cecelia and John Tauges of Gibbon; and a sister-in-law, Agnes Gitter of Gibbon. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and five sisters.
   Hilary was born November 1, 1920 in West Newton Township, Nicollet County to Joseph and Mary (Schwab) Gitter. He married Marie Zollner on May 14, 1946 at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax. After marriage they farmed in West Newton Township, Nicollet County until retiring in 1985 and moving to New Ulm. Hilary had been a nursing home resident since 1996. He was a lifelong member of the St. George Catholic Church and the St. George Catholic Aid Council.
