   Roman 'Zeam' Jenniges, 77, died Friday, March 3, 2000 at the Wabasso Health Care Center in Wabasso.
   Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Wanda with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 8-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Wanda. There will be a combined Knights of Columbus, Catholic Order of Foresters and Parish Prayer Service on 7 p.m. Monday, also at the church.
   Arrangements are being handled by Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton.
   He is survived by his wife, Lorena of Wanda; sons, Joe and wife Marie Jenniges of Redwood Falls, Peter and wife Barb Jenniges of Renville, Kurt and wife JoAnn Jenniges of Wabasso and Terry and wife Becky Jenniges of Wabasso; daughters, Vonny Baune of Eden Prairie, Karen and husband Curt Mathiowetz of Wabasso, and Lisa and husband Gary Schunk of Vesta; 24 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Anna Evans of Redwood Falls, Trudy Struckmann of Minneapolis; and a brother Cyril and wife Phyllis Jenniges of Wabasso.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cheryl in 1980; a son, Michael in 1964; sisters, Marcella Altermatt, Mathilda Evans, Marian Jenniges and a baby sister in infancy; and brothers Aloysius, Edmund, Mathias, Leonard and Gilbert.
   He was born July 29, 1922 in Willow Lake Township, Redwood County to Mathias and Anna (Turbes) Jenniges. He attended public school until the eighth grade and then was with the U.S. Army in Japan during 1945 and 1946.
   He married Lorena Bierl at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Wanda. He worked at Zielske Lumber Company in Wanda for a number of years, then purchased Standard Oil Bulk Delivery Service and operated it for a number of years. Later he drove a Hi-Boy for spraying, and throughout his life he carpentered until he was injured in a fall in June 1978.
   He was a lifetime member of St. Mathias church in Wanda, a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Catholic Order of Foresters, was a charter member of the Wanda American Legion Post #385 for 45 years and served as a Wanda fireman for many years.

   Irene M. Leshovsky, 89, of Fargo, N.D., formerly of Barney, N.D., died Friday,
   March 3, 2000 at the home of her granddaughter, Mary Ludewig of rural New Ulm.
   Funeral service will be 10:30 am Tuesday at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton, North Dakota with burial in the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Wahpeton, N.D.
   Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm is in charge of local arrangements and notifications.
   She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Rita Leshovsky of Fargo, and Lyle and Margaret Leshovsky of Maple Grove; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Robert House of Rothsay; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Haxel Lambert of Breckenridge.
   She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin Leshovsky in 1989; a granddaughter, Krisi Jo House in 1989; brothers, Donald, Harold, Charles, Kenneth and Lester Lambert; sister, Margaret Czichotzki; and a half-sister, Kathryn Larsen.
   She was born April 28, 1910 in Breckenridge to Charles and Mary (Kluckey) Lambert. She attended school in Breckenridge, MN. She married Alvin H. Leshovsky on Sept. 17, 1935 in Breckenridge. After their marriage they farmed in the Tyler-Wahpeton area until 1956 when they started the Al's Tavern and Cafe in Barney. They retired in June of 1989. They then moved to Fargo, where Irene has since resided. She was a charter member of the Wahpeton Eagles, serving as past president.

   Gordon R. Wisdorf, 86, formerly of Brownton and Springfield, died Saturday, March 4, 2000 at the Texas Terrace Nursing Home in St. Louis Park.
   Funeral arrangements are pending with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.
