A complete obituary will appear in the Sunday edition of The Journal.    Melvin Draeger, 80, of Brownton, died Friday, March 19, 2004 at Hutchinson Community Hospital.    Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Penn Township. Burial will be in the church cemetery.    Visitation is Sunday at the church, two hours prior to the service.
