Arrangements are with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon.    She is survived by her daughter Deppy Johnson of Minnetonka; son, Dr. Jerome Muller of New Ulm; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.    She was born April 11, 1902, in Blooming Prairie, to Trond and Maren (Wangseng) Rye.    Ella A. Bloomquist, 99, of Sleepy Eye, died Friday, April 5, 2002, at the Good Samaritan Village in Mountain Lake.    Arrangements pending with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.
