   Viola Fredrickson , 85, of Lafayette (Bernadotte), MN, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2004, at the New Ulm Medical Center in New Ulm, Minn.
   Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 21, at 2 p.m. at the Bernadotte Lutheran Church in Bernadotte Township, Nicollet County. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is noon to 2 p.m., Wednesday at at Bernadotte Lutheran Church.
   Arrangements are being handled by Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Winthrop.
   Viola (Wagner) Fredrickson, was born March 14, 1919, in Brownton, Minn. She was the daughter of Bill and Lena (Schauer) Wagner. She was baptized as an infant and later was confirmed in her faith, as a youth.
   On September 20, 1941, Viola was united in marriage to Harris Fredrickson at the Zion Lutheran Church in Winthrop. This marriage was blessed with one child. Viola and Harris farmed and made their home in Alfsborg Township, Sibley County. The couple shared 62 years of marriage together.
   Viola was a member of the Bernadotte Lutheran Church and was active with the Lades Aid. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed knitting .
   Viola is survived by her husband, Harris Frederickson of Lafayette; daughter, Diane Dietl and her husband, Ron of Crystal, ; grandson, Mike Dietl and his wife, LeAnn of Zimmerman; great-grandchildren, Travis, Jaclyn, Jenna and Christopher; sisters, Esther Huffman of New Ulm, and Orlene Uecker and husband, Ralph of Hutchinson, MN; five nieces and five nephews; other relatives and friends.
   Viola is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lena Wagner; brothers,Walter in 1913 and Marvin in 2000; grandson, Tim Dietl and four brothers-in-law.
   Blessed be her memory.

   Rose M. Gulbrandson , 91, of Sleepy Eye, died Saturday, April 17, 2004 at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center.
   Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2004 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
   Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home, Sleepy Eye.

   Clifford 'Bull' Pfeiffer , 74, of 400 North Franklin, New Ulm, died Friday, April 16, 2004, at his home.
   Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 21, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm with burial in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
   Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30-10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
   Clifford is survived by his aunt and uncle, Victoria and Ken Earl of New Ulm; and by seven cousins.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; and by a cousin, Scott Earl.
   Clifford was born on October 11, 1929, in New Ulm to Clifford and Edna (Brey) Pfeiffer. He graduated from New Ulm Public Schools. He was employed at Schell's Brewery for a number of years and was a member of Turner Hall since 1954. Bull was an avid hunter, sports fan, and had played softball for the New Ulm Greenhouse at one time.

   George S. Robertson , 80, of Sleepy Eye, died Friday, April 16, 2004, as the result of an automobile accident in rural Sleepy Eye.
   Visitation is 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.
   There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye. Burial will be in he Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis.
   He is survived by his sons, Larry of Bloomington and Bruce of Annandale, Virginia; and two grandchildren.
   He was born Nov. 29, 1923, in New Ulm, to Charles and Nellie (Hanson) Robertson.

   Joyce (Cook) Robertson , 76 ,of Sleepy Eye, died Friday, April 16, 2004, as the result of an automobile accident near Sleepy Eye.
    Visitation is 4-7 p.m., Wednesday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye. There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m.Wednesday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.
   Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis.
   Joyce is survived by her sons, Larry of Bloomington, and Bruce of Annandale, Virginia; two grandchildren; and sister, Bonnie Nordby of Bloomington.
    Joyce was born August 10, 1927, in Minneapolis, to John and Viola (Tiden) Cook.
