Tuesday, May, May 11, at United Methodist Church in Sanborn. Burial will be at the Sanborn City Cemetery.    Visitation is 9-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 11, at the United Methodist Church in Sanborn.    Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton.    He is survived by his wife, Luella of Sanborn; sons. Scott Steve of Worthington, and Craig Steve of Dickinson, N.D.; four grandchildren; and a brother Donald Steve of Sanborn.    Orville Richard Steve was born Oct. 29, 1920, the son of Henry and Marie (Quade) Steve in Springfield.    Mervyn Steffen , 60, of Nicollet died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at his home in Nicollet. Funeral arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home.    Eleanore Wills , 89, of New Ulm, died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at the New Ulm Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.
