   Ronald Trebesch, 67, of Welcome, died Tuesday, May 9, 2000 at Fairmont Community Hospital.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Welcome, with burial in the Welcome City Cemetery. Full military honors will be performed by Welcome American Legion Post 553.
   Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Kramer Family Funeral Home, Welcome, and will continue one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
   He is survived by his wife Beverly; daughters, Elisa Kotewa and husband Darold of rural Fairmont, Brenda Becker and husband Troy of Savage, and Jennifer Klingbeil and husband John of rural Estherville, Iowa; five grandchildren; brothers, Milton of Clements, and Emil and wife Judy of Sanborn; sister-in-law, Karen Wagner of Apple Valley; brother-in-law, Jerald Newton and wife Mary Jo of Reno, Nev.; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Marvin; sister-in-law, Cynthia Trebesch; father and mother-in-law, Boyd and Esther Newton; and sister-in-law, Lois Krueger.
   He was born May 10, 1932, in North Star Township, Brown County, to Emil and Rhoda (Albertson) Trebesch. He attended rural school in North Star Township. He served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955. He married Beverly Newton on Feb. 7, 1957, in Springfield. They lived in Jackson, where he worked as a lineman for REA. They later lived in Welcome, where he worked for REA until his retirement. After retiring he worked at the Welcome landfill. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Welcome and Welcome American Legion Post 553, where he served on the color guard and the honor guard. He served on the Welcome City Council for 24 years and the Welcome Fire Department for 28 years.

   James D. Kratzke, 66, of Redwood Falls, died Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at Parkview Home, Belview.
   Services are 2 p.m. today at Redwood Valley Funeral Home, Redwood Falls, with burial in Redwood Falls Cemetery.
   Visitation is one hour prior to services.
   He is survived by his children and their spouses, Valerie and Bruce Sorenson of Plymouth, Scott and Mary Kratzke of Maple Grove, Tom and Jean Kratzke of Baudette, Bambi Kratzke and Gordon Schroeder of Kansas City. Mo., and Chad and Christine Kratzke of Minneapolis; eight grandchildren; brother, Emmett of Wabasso; special friend, Norma Hagert, and former wife Shirley Zimmer.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; son Jimmy; and sisters, Janis and Mary Ann.
   He was born July 14, 1933, in Wabasso, to Lorenz and Rachel (Douglas) Kratzke. He graduated from Wabasso High School. He married Shirley Nelson on Feb. 14, 1952. They farmed in the Redwood Falls area. He worked for Rowena Elevator until 1963. He worked for Central Bi-Products, Long Prairie and Redwood Falls. He owned Club 101, North Redwood, and Club 101-2, Franklin. He managed the American Legion Club, Belview. He was a master at the Masonic Lodge, and a member of the Eagles Club, where he was president and chaplain. He served on the Redwood Falls School Board.

   Hulda M. Reese, 97, of Lafayette and formerly of Sunset Apartments in New Ulm died Wednesday, May 10, 2000, at Gaylord Lakeview Home.
   Services are 2 p.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church in Lafayette with burial in the church cemetery.
   Visitation will be from moon until the time of the service at the church on Monday.
   Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm is in charge of arrangements. A complete obituary will appear in the Friday edition .

   Herbert A. Schwarzrock, 87, of Springfield, died Wednesday, May 10, 2000 at Springfield Medical Center.
   Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield.
