Arrangements are pending with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.    William "Bill" Ibberson, 74, of Sleepy Eye, died Friday, May 16, 2003, at his home.    Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye, with burial in the veterans section of Home Cemetery in Sleepy Eye. Visitation will be 3:30 - 8 p.m. Monday and 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye, and will continue one hour prior to service at the church on Tuesday.    A complete notice will appear in Monday's edition of The Journal.    Ruth M. Schumacher, 77, of Springfield, died Friday, May 16, 2003, at St. John's Home in Springfield.    Funeral service will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at the Springfield Cemetery.    She is survived by her husband Lloyd Schumacher of Springfield; and sisters, Jane Pool of Helena, Mont., and Jenny Peterka of Las Vagas, Nev.    Ruth M. Schumacher was born Aug. 21, 1925, in Des Moines, Iowa, to William and Madeline (McNeil) Hinshaw.
