   Steven J. Goldschmidt, 36, died Friday, May 28, 1999 in Sleepy Eye as a result of an automobile accident.
   Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sleepy Eye, with burial in Home Cemetery, Sleepy Eye.
   Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sturm Funeral Home, with a prayer service 7 p.m. Monday, and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.
   He is survived by his wife Jamie; children, Ricki, Nikki and Jeremy; mother Elaine and husband Marvin Briggs of Faribault; mother-in-law Ramona Jones of Sleepy Eye; father-in-law William and wife Sharon Jones of Rochester; sisters, Shelly Rhode and husband Steve of Reeseville, Wis., and Sarah and husband Ken Donnelly of Salem, Oregon; brother Scott and wife Julie of San Marten, Calif.; sister-in-law Jeana Carlson and fiance Jerome Domeier of Sleepy Eye; brother-in-law Jon Jones of Rochester; and sister-in-law Julie Jones of Rochester.
   He was preceded in death by his father James in 1979 and his grandparents.
   He was born February 17, 1963 in Sleepy Eye to James and Elaine (Pelzel) Goldschmidt. He grew up and attended school in Sleepy Eye. He married Jamie Jones on May 18, 1984 in Sleepy Eye. He worked at Progressive Print and Sanitary Dairy, both in Sleepy Eye. He also worked at Bacon Master in Morgan for eight years and most recently worked as a press operator at Advertising Unlimited, Inc. He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye.

   Marie H. Tessmer, 80, died Friday, May 28, 1999, at Gaylord Lakeview Nursing Home.
   Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, New Auburn, with burial in High Island Cemetery, New Auburn.
   Visitation will be 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, New Auburn. Arrangements are through The Fenske Family Funeral Home, Gaylord.
   She is survived by daughter Janice and husband James Borchert of Gaylord; sons, Gerald and wife Judy of Gaylord and DuWayne and wife Barbara of Brownton; sisters, Esther Polzin of Winthrop and Hertha Gutknecht of Glencoe; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her husband Milton in 1982; brothers, Edwin, Herbert, Albert, Wilbert and Vernon; and sisters, Elsie Grack and Clara Henke.
   She was born June 22, 1918 in Penn Township, rural New Auburn, to William and Marie (Lindeman) Polzin. She attended eight years of rural country school. She married Milton Tessmer on October 6, 1937 in New Auburn. They farmed in Penn Township, McLeod County for many years. They moved to New Auburn after retiring. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid. She was a seasonal worker at Green Giant.

   Bob Hewitt, 56 of Gaylord died Thursday, May 27 at his home.
   Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the United Methodist Church in Arlington with burial at Arlington Public Cemetery.
   Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Fenske Funeral Home in Arlington and one hour prior to the service at the church.
   He is survived by his wife Marie; sons and daughter-in-law Robbie and Jill of Lafayette; son Coy Charles of Arlington; daughter and son-in-law Una and Ray Risk of Gaylord; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leona of Cornelius, Ore.; Carl and Wilma of Alta Vista, Kan.; Hellen of Norwich, Kan; Jimmy and Marla of Council Grove, Kan; sisters and brother-in-law Beulah Arnett of Asotin, Wash., Carol and Bob Shetler of Emporia, Kan; six grandchildren.
   He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Jo Hewitt; brothers, Chris and Roy; brother-in-law Jim Arnett.
   He was born March 27, 1943 in Council Grove, Kan., to C.C. and Retta (Ellis) Hewitt. He married Marie Lee April 6, 1963 in Council Grove, Kan. He worked in Council Bluffs, Iowa before moving to Minnesota and working with Minnesota Valley Forest Products in Courtland. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Council Grove.

   Wallace W. Adams, 86 of Evan died Friday morning, May 28, 1999 at the Sleepy Eye Municipal Hospital.
   Funeral arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home of Sleepy Eye.

   Victor Buboltz, 84, of 1404 South German, New Ulm, died Thursday, May 27, 1999 at the New Ulm Medical Center.
   Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm with burial in the Lutheran cemetery in New Ulm.
   Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
   He is survived by his wife, Elta Buboltz of New Ulm; daughter Carol Gustafson of Palmer, Ak.; sons and daughters-in-law, Loren and Verita Buboltz of Kenya, East Africa, Glenn and Barbara Buboltz of New Ulm, Gordon and Mary Buboltz of Blue Springs, Mo., Norman and Dianna Buboltz of Anchorage, Ak., Lee and Lorie Buboltz of North Branch; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Adeline and Lester Briese of Arizona.
   He was preceded in death by brothers, Harry Buboltz and Edgar Buboltz; sister Ethel Borth.
   He was born July 16, 1914 in Wellington Township, Renville County to Paul and Ella (Peterson) Buboltz. He married Elta Hermann on June 14, 1940 at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township, Sibley County. They farmed in Wellington Township, Renville County. In 1990 they moved to New Ulm. He was a member of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm.

   Eugene F. Bode, 76, of Route 1 New Ulm died Friday, May 28, 1999 at his home.
   Funeral arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.
