Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, at First Presbyterian Church in Madelia with burial in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Pilgrim Funeral Home in Madelia and one hour prior to services at the church. She is survived by daughter, Terry Etter and husband Glen Adrian of St. James; sister-in-law, Edythe Etter of Madelia; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She was born Jan. 29, 1922, in Aledo, Ill., to Frank and Clara (Fraser) Baker. She graduated from Madelia High School in 1940. She married Kenneth Etter on Jan. 15, 1944, in Madelia. They lived in Madelia and co-founded Ryter Corp. in 1957. She belonged to First Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher and a member of the board of trustees. She was active in the Girl Scouts. Henry C. "Hank" Leskey, 62, of rural New Ulm, died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato of cancer. Mass of Christian burial is 10 a.m. Saturday at Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm, with burial in the Catholic Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, and 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Firle Funeral Home in New Ulm. A parish prayer service is 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife, Delores of New Ulm; sons, Thomas Leskey and his wife Cathie of Madison Lake, Timothy Leskey of New Ulm, Travis Leskey and his wife Lisa of New Ulm; daughters, Therese Thorson and her husband Leon of Gibbon, Tamera Thompson and her husband Joel of Parkers Prairie; 18 grandchildren; mother, Mary Leskey of Somerset, Penn.; brothers, John Leskey and his wife Marylyn of Commack Long Island, N.Y., James Leskey and his wife Louise of King George, Va., Robert Leskey and his wife Shirley of Rockwood, Penn.; sisters, Sister Roberta Ann Leskey of King of Prussia, Penn., Mary Catherine Dinning and her husband Dale of Somerset, Penn.; brothers-in-law, John Funk of Buffalo Lake, Bernard "Butch" Funk and his wife Mary of Cokato, Jacob Funk of Olivia; sister-in-law, Catherine "Pearl" Anderson and her husband Gerry of Naperville, IL; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father John Leskey, and grandson Gabriel Thorson. Henry Carl Leskey, was born July 26, 1938 in Wilson Creek, Penn. to John and Mary (Bielski) Leskey. He graduated from Rockwood High School in 1956. He married Delores Funk on July 12, 1960 in San Diego. They moved to Winthrop where he worked for Fingerhut in Gaylord. In 1974, the family moved to New Ulm where he worked for Heymann Construction until illness forced his retirement in 2000. He was a member of Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
