Box 17831, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269) or the American Heart Association (2929 South 48th Street, Tempe, AZ 85282).    Flossie Guse , 82, of Mesa and formerly of New Ulm, died Sunday, June 6, 2004 in Mesa.    Funeral arrangements are pending with Schmucker Funeral Service of New Ulm.    Lewis Wallner , 92, of Springfield, died Monday, June 7, 2004, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.    Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.
