   Diane Sandmann, 58, of 610 5th North St. in New Ulm, died Friday, June 15, 2001 at the New Ulm Medical Center in New Ulm.
   Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm, with burial in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.
   Visitation will be 3 - 8 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 until 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. There will be a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
   She is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Sandmann, of New Ulm; a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Dan Bonan of Woodbury; a brother and sister-in-law, Dave and Marilyn Leonard of Maple Grove; a brother, Dan Leonard of New Ulm; her mother-in-law, Clarice Sandmann of New Ulm; and by nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her parents, Q. W. and Hildegard Leonard and by her father-in-law, Ezra Sandmann.
   She was born March 4, 1943 in New Ulm to Q. W. and Hildegard (Tauer) Leonard. She graduated from the Holy Trinity Catholic High School in 1961. She married Douglas L. Sandmann on Sept. 25, 1971, at the Cathedral in New Ulm. She worked as a waitress at the Palace Cafe in New Ulm before becoming employed at McDonald's where she was working at the time of her death. She was most recently involved as a volunteer for the state Women's Bowling Tournament the last two times in was held in New Ulm. She was currently the vice president of the New Ulm Women's Bowling Association.
   Diane was a member of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm and for the past ten years was very active as a Communion Minister at the Cathedral.
   In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to the New Ulm Area Catholic Schools.

   Velma Wolner, 74, of 2105 South Bridge Street in New Ulm died Friday, June 15, 2001 at the New Ulm Medical Center in New Ulm.
   Arrangements are pending with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.
