Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, at the United Methodist Church in Morton with burial in the Morton City Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the Nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and one hour prior to the services at church. She is survived by daughters Barb Greenslit and husband Tom, Pat Tisdell and husband Bob, all of Hastings, Sue Berberick and husband Jim of Tomah, Wis.; sons Jerry O'Neil of Minneapolis, Rick O'Neil of Morton; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Marvin O'Neil Sr.; son Marvin Jr., daughter Judy, and son in infancy. She was born to Walter and Rose (Haas) Blue Nov. 9, 1922 in Morton. She grew up and attended schools in Morton, graduating from Morton High School. On March 15, 1942 she married Marvin H. O'Neil at the Zion Lutheran Church in Morton. They made their home in Morton and she worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Morton and the United Methodist Women. Edwin P. "Eddie" Walz, 74, of Fairfax died Friday, June 25, 1999 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Fairfax, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax and one hour prior to the service at the church. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Journal. Ilo Lawrenz, 94 of Winthrop died F riday June 25, 1999 at the Winthrop Good Samaritan Center.
