Magdalen Mueller, 94, of Arlington, died Sunday, June 25, 2000, at Arlington Good Samaritan Center.
Services are 6 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, Arlington, with burial 7 p.m. Friday in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Bismarck Township, rural Winthrop.
Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Arrangements with Fenske Funeral Homes, Arlington.
She is survived by nieces and nephews, David and Darlene Mueller of Faribault, Robert Mueller of Winthrop, Michael and Mary Mueller of Winthrop, Bertha Pederson of Arlington, Zylpha Mueller of Winthrop, Marion and David Carter of Rapid City, S.D., Karen and Ray Klenk of Winthrop, Victoria Mueller of Winthrop, and Herbert Mueller of Wofford Heights, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Paul, Waldemar, Arthur and Bethold Mueller.
She was born June 20, 1906, in Lind, Wash., to Peter and Magdalena (Carstensen) Mueller. She graduated from high school and attended nurses training at St. John's Hospital, St. Paul, graduating in 1927. She worked as a nurse for a railroad company in the western United States, including Minnesota. She lived in California from 1966-1979. She moved to Highland Commons, Arlington, in 1979.
Steven Seidl, 42, of Hector, died Monday, June 26, 2000, at his home.
Services are 10 a.m. today at St. John's Catholic Church, Hector.
Visitation is one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
Arrangements are with Hughes Funeral Home, Hector.
He is survived by his grandmother, Veronica Seidl of Bird Island; father, Robert of Bird Island; brothers and sisters, James and wife Julie of Bird island, Robert and wife Denise of Bird Island, Nancy and husband Dave Kruize of Morris, Sue Baumgartner of Olivia, Allen and wife Staci of Bird Island, Debra and husband Charles Menting of Minneapolis, and Scott and wife Jody of Alexandria; foster family, the Zanoths of Hutchinson; and nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; mother, Bernice; and brother , Edward.
He was born March 17, 1958, in Olivia to Robert H. and Bernice (Retzlaff) Seidl. He grew up in the Hector area and graduated from Hector High School in 1977. He worked for Jack Miller.
