Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Burial will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Watertown, Wis. Visitation will be on Tuesday for one hour before the service at the church. Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm is handling the arrangements. She is survived by a niece, Ruth Koelpin and her husband, Pastor Arnold, of New Ulm; grandnieces and grandnephews, Pastor Paul Koelpin and his wife, Rebecca, of New Ulm, Mark Koelpin and his wife, Rachel, of Green Bay, Wis., Pastor John Koelpin and his wife, Rebecca, of Dallas, Texas, Beth Scharf and her husband, David, of Watertown, Wis.; and by several other nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Pastor Adolf Fischer, on Dec. 1, 1956; her second husband, Arnold Oestreich, on Oct. 8, 1965; sisters, Frieda Schuelke, Esther Marcks, Millie Frank, and Erna Jaeger; and by brothers, Herman Otto and Carl Otto. She was born on Nov. 16, 1906, in Medford, Wis., to August and Ernstina (Baumann) Otto. At an early age she moved with her family to Watertown, Wis. She graduated from high school in Watertown. On June 16, 1929, she married Pastor Adolf Fischer at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Watertown. After his death she married Arnold Oestreich on Sept. 4, 1964, at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Oconomowoc, Wis. In the fall of 1977 she moved to New Ulm. She was a member of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm, Ladies Aid, Senior Citizens Club in New Ulm, and Lutheran Women's Missionary Society. She had been a volunteer for the American Red Cross. Raymond J. 'Ray' Zinniel, 86, of Redwood Falls, died Sunday, July 1, 2001, at his home. Services are pending with Nelson Martin Funeral Home, Redwood Falls.
