Hess, 88 of Fairfax died Saturday, July 10, 1999 at the New Um Medical Center Hospital.    Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Fairfax with burial in the Ft. Ridgely Cemetery in Ridgely Township, Nicollet County.    Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and 7:30-8 a.m. Tuesday at the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel, and one hour prior to the service at the church.    A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Journal.    Emma M. Drexler, 97, formerly of 21 South Payne died Saturday, July 10, 1999 at the Lafayette Good Samaritan Center.    Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm with burial in the Catholic Cemetery in New Ulm.    Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 - 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Minnesota Valley    Funeral Home in New Ulm. There will be a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.    A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Journal.
