Washington St., in New Ulm, died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye.    Arrangements are pending with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.    Wilbert Quiram,80, of Lamberton, formerly of Mountain Lake, died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at Valley View Care Center, Lamberton.    Arrangements are pending with Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield.    Connie Rademacher, 45, of 329 South Front Street in New Ulm died Monday, July 15, 2002, at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.    Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2002, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm, with burial in the City Cemetery in New Ulm.    Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Thursday and will continue from 7:30 - 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm. There will be a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.    Connie is survived by her mother Lucille "Lucy" Rademacher, of New Ulm; two brothers, Todd Rademacher and his wife Anne of New Ulm, and Larry Rademacher of New Ulm; nephews, Kyle and Bret Rademacher of New Ulm; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Rademacher on March 25, 1990, and by her grandparents.    Connie was born on March 7, 1957, in Milbank, S.D., to Lawrence and Lucille "Lucy" (Folk) Rademacher. She attended school in Rosen, until moving to New Ulm in 1969 and attended school in New Ulm. Connie had worked at MRCI in New Ulm for many years. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm.
