Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls, with burial in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Elnora is survived by her friends and neighbors and was preceded in death by her parents, husband Matthew and brother Marvin. She was born Oct. 24, 1918 in Three Lakes Township, Redwood County, the daughter of Emil and Ida Stricken She grew up in rural Clements and received her education from country school. On Aug. 10, 1946 she married Matthew Liebl in Redwood Falls. They made their home in rural Clements where Elnora was a homemaker. Matthew died on May 30, 1988. Elnora moved to the Sunwood Good Samaritan Center in October 1998. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Clements until 1998 and then became a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Springfield. Hildegard Zitzman, 84, of 917 North Jefferson in New Ulm, died Tuesday, July 20, 1999 at her home in New Ulm. Arrangements are pending with Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.Anna PedersonLAMBERTON -- Anna Katherine Pederson, 86, of Lamberton, died Tuesday, July 20, 1999, at Springfield Medical Center. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Highwater Lutheran Church, rural Lamberton, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Saturday at Sturm Funeral Home, Lamberton, and will continue Saturday one hour prior to services at the church. She is survived by her children, Alvin of Lamberton, James and wife Jackie of Plainview, Shirley and husband Lloyd Knakmuhs of Lamberton, Ken and wife Becky of Willmar, Darrell of Minneapolis, David and wife Nancy of Fairmont, Richard and wife Mary of Blomkest, Roger and wife Jo of New York Mills, Phillip of Watertown, S.D., and Marie and husband Harold Hutchinson of Revere; 33 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; a brother John Hoffrogge of Bakersfield, Calif.; sisters, Lena and husband Wilbert Dehne of Lamberton, Helka Gunder of Windom, Marie and husband Shirley Flesner of Tracy, Minnie and husband Glen Kronback of Lamberton, Margaret and husband Spencer Flesner of Phoenix, Ariz., and Elfreida and husband Luverne Carlson of Garvin. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Oscar in 1969; brothers, Remer, Herman, Henry and Willie; two sisters in infancy; a daughter-in-law Connie Pederson; and great-granddaughter Emily Hartle. She was born April 20, 1913 in Calhoun County, Iowa to Wilhelm and Johanne (Deling) Hoffrogge. She moved with her family to the Revere area in 1918 and received her education in Revere. She married Oscar Pederson on Jan. 8, 1934 in Redwood Falls. The couple lived and farmed in Highwater Township, moving into Lamberton in 1960. In 1994, she became a resident of Valley View Manor in Lamberton. She had worked at the Pietrus Processing Plant, cooked at the Windom Cafe and Phil's Cafe in Lamberton, and volunteered at Valley View Manor for several years. She was a member of Highwater Lutheran Church, WELCA, sewing circle, where she was known as the quilt lady, and was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
