Veigel, 83, of Willmar, formerly of Franklin, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003 at Rice Care Center in Willmar.    Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Franklin and Thursday at the church, one hour prior to the service.    Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church with burial in St. Patrick's Birch Cooley Cemetery, Birch Cooley Township.    He is survived by a daughter, Sharon Veigel of Willmar; son Tom of Franklin; two grandsons and a sister, Marcella Nelson of Sleepy Eye.    He was born Sept. 28, 1919 in Fairfax to Oscar and Mary (Lang) Veigel.    Bernice C. Boyum, 95, of the Fairfax area, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003, at the Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.    Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Central Lutheran Church in Camp Township, Renville County, with burial at Hauges Cemetery in Camp Township, Renville County.    Visitation is an hour prior to services at the church. Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax is handling the arrangements.    She was born on July 29, 1908, in Camp Township, Renville County, to Christian H. and Annia Marie (Okland) Boyum.    Verna Klukas, 89, of Winthrop, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2003 at the Arlington Good Samaritan Center in Arlington.    Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bismark Township with burial in the church cemetery.    Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Saturday at Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel, Winthrop and Saturday the church, one hour prior to the service.    Elizabeth Miller, 84 ,formerly of Comfrey, and Reno, Nev., died Sunday, Aug.10, 2003 at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.    Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at St. John Lutheran Home Chapel. Interment will be a family affair at St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery.    Elizabeth was born Sept. 11, 1918 to Charles and Mary (Schunk) Richter Lampen in Comfrey.    Donald Rausch. A memorial mass will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at St. Mary's Catholic Church for Donald A. Rausch, 75, of Crosslake, who died July 30, 2003 in Brainerd.    Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in St. Michael's Catholic Church cemetery in Arkansas at a later date.
